At Forbidden Sound, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused  
- Be in their original condition  
- Include original packaging (if applicable)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Chargebacks & Fraud
